Kami adalah konsep dinamisdari Garuda Indonesia Airways.Tanggal 5 Juli 2012 Citilink meresmikan penerimaan sertifikat Air Operation Certificate (AOC) dari Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia. Sertifikat ini menandai era baru perubahan dalam manajemen Citilink yang sebelumnya berada di bawah manajemen PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk., untuk menjadi manajemen yang dinamis dan mandiri. AOC adalah sertifikasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Departemen Perhubungan RI bagi perusahaan maskapai yang resmi beroperasi di Indonesia. Selama ini, sebagai anak perusahaan PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk., Citilink beroperasi dengan menggunakan AOC milik Garuda Indonesia. Kini dengan memiliki AOC sendiri, Citilink resmi menjadi salah satu maskapai Indonesia yang independen.
Atas keberhasilan mendapatkan AOC tersebut, Citilink kini memiliki 70 rutedomestik dan 16 rute regional. Citilink belum akan menambahkan rute regional hingga tengah tahun depan.Tujuan baru lainnya sedang kami rencanakan yaitu rute Yogyakarta, Padang, Semarang, Pekanbaru dan Sorong

Manager Engineering & Maintenance (PRO-HIRE)

Requirement

·         Education minimum Bachelor Degree in major Aeronatica Engineering

·         Experience in airline industry minimum 5 years

·         Good managing work, good analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skill

Key Respobsibility

·         Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection

·         Perform Mechanical engineering duties Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules

·         Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details

·         Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices

·         Meet with the general public and/or developers, landowners, and interest groups concerning zoning, subdivision projects, building projects, and engineering regulations, standards, or policies

·         Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams

·         Other duties as assigned

Digital Marketing Developer (PRO-HIRE)

Requirement

·         Bachelor degree in major Communication, Advertising, Media, or Marketing Information Techonology

·         Experience minimum 3 years

·         Familiar with audio, video and graphic design application

·         Photography and videography skills

·         Proficient scripting for WordPress

·         Familiar with social media tools

·         Key Responsibility

·         Provide graphic design material to develop company digital media tools

·         Provide photo and video material for digital marketing programs

·         Meet with the general public and/or developers, and interest groups concerning digital projects from pre-production, production to post production process

·         Make weekly statistics on company social media

Engineering Officer (FRESH GRADUATE)

Requirement

·         Education minimum Bachelor Degree in major Aeronatica Engineering

·         Valid license

·         Can work under pressure and as a team, in good health condition.
