Gedong Putih Community Center is Bandung's newest destination for first class fine dining experience and top venue for meetings, parties and weddings.
Located in the North of Bandung and surrounded by lush greenery and cool climate, Gedong Putih will display new standards in terms of culinary experience and service.
Distinctive architecture and interior will set the stage for three International restaurants that will serve Western, Thai and Japanese cuisine, while multi function halls and a 'green' outdoor venue, capable of handling over 1000 persons, will complement its facilities.
To strengthen it's various departments, Gedong Putih is presently looking for the following highly motivated and experienced staff:

CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)
Qualification :
·         Knowledgeable and capable of cooking Asian Cuisine
·         Have a good taste
·         Have a good attitude, diciplined, hardworking, ambitious, honest and willing to learn.

COOK
Qualification :
·         Knowledgeable and capable of cooking Asian Cuisine
·         Have a good taste

Waiter / Waitress (Western & Thai Resto)
Responsibilities:
·         To handle table reservation & effectively control the flow of guests
·         To serve food & beverage to guest and provide friendly service
·         Ensure maximum guests satisfaction consistent with standard
Requirement :
·         Male/female 
·         Good looking, attractive
·         Male min 165 cm, Female min 160 cm
·         Max 25 year old min D1
·         Min 1 years experiences in the same position
·         Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
·         Preferred able to speak English oral and written

PASTRY COMMIS ( WESTERN AND THAI )
Responsibilities:
·         Prepare pastry or bakery item
·         Check daily pastry or bakeries commodity orders & requisition
·         Ensure a high level of hygiene is maintained at working area at all time
·         Prepare mise en place to ensure a smooth operation
·         Check pastry & bakery items rotation to ensure freshness of all products
Requirements:
·         Experience at least 2 years at the same position
·         Good spoken & written English
·         Ensuring high quality & consistent to presentation standards
·         Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
·         Meticulous food hygiene and safe working environment
