consultants at our Kemang Office in creating journals, strategising
direction, formulating projections and draft advices for a broad range of
activities in a variety of industries. Our clients include high-end retail
specialty stores, sports organisations & oil and gas exploration companies
expanding its operations in Indonesia. We are growing rapidly and are seeking
an enthusiastic Office Secretary to join our firm with the following
requirements :

JOB
DESCRIPTION:
·
Make
and manage appointment/meeting schedules
·
Compose
and prepare correspondences, reports, quotations etc
·
Administrative
function for day to day operations of office
·
Tracking
deadlines and follow up with customers and team members
·
Maintain
a systematic filling system and safekeeping of important documents
REQUIREMENTS:
·
Candidate
should possess minimum Diploma from reputable secretarial college
·
Required
skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint and internet savy
·
Good
command of both written and spoken English
·
At
least 2 years of working experience in the related field
·
Preferably
junior secretaries specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or
equivalent
·
Must
have a positive attitude, honest, outgoing, energetic with good communication
and interpersonal skills
·
Excellent
ability to work under pressure
