Currently we are looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
·
Coordinate
with Transport Department on waste collection scheduling activities
·
Coordinate
with Waste Storage section and transport department to ensure a successful drum
returning service
·
Monitor
and control order collection schedule
·
Handle
customer visits and audits in accordance with other departments
·
Arrange
and conduct customer and customs officials in the waste disposal witness
process and site visit
·
Prepare
daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Customer Services Manager
·
Assist
the Customer Service Manager in the development of training programs for the
development of subordinates, other departments and third parties including
customers
·
Execution
of training programs for each department related to customer satisfaction by
coordinating with related department manager
·
Ensure
professional handling of all incoming calls
Requirements:
·
D3
or S1 any major, especially in Management, English or Chemical Engineer
·
Have
a minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service logistics
(scheduling/setting order)
·
Proficient
in English both oral and written (correspondence).
·
Proficient
in operating computer (MS Office)
·
Able
to work accurately and on timely
·
Having
good negotiation and communication skills
·
Ready
to work under pressure and has discipline attitude
·
Hard
worker and good team work
