Job Description:
·         Maintain service level at 85% from total incoming calls/month
·         Maintain pickup rate at 90% from total incoming calls/month
·         Maintain abandoned rate at max 3% from total incoming calls/month
·         Cooperate with related unit and branch in delivering customers inquiries and complaints
·         Record summary of customers call record for review on BI weekly basis
·         Maintain good relationship with other related units, to increase working effectiveness and mutually beneficial working activity.
·         Male or Female maximum 30 years old
·         Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major (Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply)
·         Good command of English, verbal and written
·         Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Internet)
·         Experience with consumer banking products, services and channels would be a definite plus.
·         Willing to work in shift schedule
