  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
    • Main Activities
      • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
      • Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
      • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
      • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
      • telephone calls
      • Make preparations staffs and committee meetings
      • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies respond to public inquiries
      • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
      • Type confidential documents on a word processing system
  • Provide Administrative Support supports to the Directors and senior staffs
  • Perform other related duties as require
The candidates should possess the following:
  • Diploma in Secretarial or Administration or a Bachelor Degree from any fields
  • Excellent in English both in verbal and written is a must
  • Maximum age of 25
  • Excellent in computer and internet: Microsoft, Powerpoint, Web, Skype, Twitter, 
  • Neat and accurate in doing administrative job
  • Willing to work overtime, under pressure & multi tasking.
  • Has Integrity, Stewardship, Maturity, Enthusiastic, Passion.
  • Ability to speak Japanese is a big plus
