TEMPORARY SECRETARY
Requirements:
·         Diploma Secretarial /Business Administration
·         Female,max 27 years old
·         Min. 1 years experience as Secretary and preferably has experience in oil & gas industry
·         Excellent in English for both conversation & correspondent is a must.
·         Administration / interpersonal skill /good personality and communicative.
·         Computer Literate.

Responsibilities :
·         Administer daily in secretarial activities
·         Office administration, maintain documentation.
·         Other Secretarial duties.

PROCUREMENT
Requirements:
·         Female
·         Bachelor Degree from Any Major
·         Working experience 3 – 5 years
·         System / computerization knowledge
·         English active both oral and written

Job Description :
·         Ensure that procurement team has a clear understanding of the project procedures to be used
·         Ensure that the procurement team are empowered and supported in their roles
·         Review vendor performance to Identify and Investigate Poor Performance
·         Create and Maintain a Procurement Status
·         Report Selection of Suitable Suppliers prior to tendering
·         Prepare Tender Documents to suppliers
·         Negotiate of all commercial issues with successful suppliers
·         Negotiate of terms and conditions of sale
·         Authorize and Issue of Purchase orders to Approved Suppliers
·         Attending Project Progress meetings
·         Control administration and reports
·         Control safety functions within department
·         Solid experience in materials and logistics management
·         Prior handle export import

EXPEDITOR
Requirements : 
·         Male, max 35 years old
·         Bachelor Degree from Any Major
·         Working experience in logistic / supply chain minimum 5 (five) years
·         System / computerization knowledge
·         Active English both oral & written

Job Description :
·         Receiving incoming and outgoing stuff
·         Checking incoming and outgoing stuff
·         Checking stuff that supply in store
·         In charge for logistic handling / supply chain
