PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) didirikan berdasarkan Undang - Undang Pasar Modal Indonesia tahun 1995 untuk menyediakan jasa kliring dan penjaminan penyelesaian transaksi bursa yang teratur, wajar dan efisien. KPEI didirikan sebagai perseroan terbatas berdasarkan akte pendirian No. 8 tanggal 5 Agustus 1996 di Jakarta oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kepemilikan 100% dari total saham pendiri senilai Rp 15 miliar. KPEI memperoleh status sebagai badan hukum pada tanggal 24 September 1996 dengan pengesahan Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia. Dua tahun kemudian, tepatnya tanggal 1 Juni 1998, Perseroan mendapat izin usaha sebagai Lembaga Kliring dan Penjaminan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bapepam No. Kep-26/PM/1998.
PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) merupakan Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) yang turut berperan menentukan arah perkembangan pasar modal Indonesia.  Sebagai Central Counterparty (CCP), KPEI menyediakan layanan jasa kliring dan penjaminan penyelesaian transaksi bursa.  Kehadiran KPEI sebagai CCP diperlukan untuk lebih meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepastian dalam penyelesaian transaksi di Bursa Efek Indonesia.  

Public Relations Staff

(Code: SPE)

General Qualification 

·         Bachelors (S1) degree from state universities in Public Relations, Communications or related field;

·         Min. GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00);

·         Age max. 28 years old.

·         Having min 1 years working experience as Public Relations.

Technical skills:

·         Good communication skill both in oral and written;

·         Good command in English both verbal and written is a must (TOEFL/IELTS = 500/5,5);

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing;

·         Familiar in Capital Market activities is an advantage.

Personal skills:

·         Be able to work in a team environment;

·         Fast learner;

·         Talkative and creative;

·         Highly motivated and initiative;

Information Technology – Application Administrator Staff

Requirements:

·         General Qualification:

·         Bachelors degree from reputable universities, in the following major Information Technology or Computer Science; interest: Operating System, Database Administration and Application

·         Min. GPA: 2.75 (scale : 4.00)

·         Age max. 30 years old

·         Experience with financial industry (capital market) is desirable;

·         Minimum 1 year experience in Operational Application System or Technical Support

Personal skills:

·         Achievement of excellence;

·         Highly motivated and initiative;

·         Willing to work hard and under pressure;

·         Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, either independently or as a part of team;

·         Ability to handle and manage multiple projects and assignment

·         Analytical & problem solver

Technical skills:

·         Strong knowledge of Computer Architecture

·         Experience in managing application on various Operating System (Windows, Linux, UNIX)

·         At least 1 year experience in well-known Operating System (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX)

·         Basic knowledge of computer network and LAN

·         Experience in Microsoft Operating System components and features (IIS, .NET Framework, Windows Service)

·         Fimiliar with Project Management Methodology and Standard Operating System

Information Technology – Database Administrator Staff
