We are multinational company in quality assurance industry and seeking candidate for positions:

MARK-IN/LOG-IN(MLI)
Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Checking TRF and Log-in sample received.
·         He/She will report to Leader and Softlines Manager

Qualification:
·         Degree: Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) or Senior High school (SMA)
·         Capable in English (min. passive)
·         Proficient use of Microsoft Office
·         Fast typing with computer
·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, hard worker & responsible to work
·         Strong intension to work under pressure, good in working in teams
·         Work thoroughly with attention to details

TEST ASSIGN STAFF (TA)
Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Responsibility to testing package on the lab.
·         Responsibility to the updated method.
·         Work effectively and cooperatively.

Qualification:
·         Bachelor degree majoring in Textile.
·         At least 1-2 years of working experience in textile field.
·         Able to communicate in English (Active and Passive)
·         Male/Female, Age between 25-30 years old
·         Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Spreadsheet)
·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, hard worker & responsible to work
·         Strong intension to work under pressure, good in working in teams
·         Work thoroughly with attention to details
·         Both work independently and team work are a MUST

CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)
Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about testing and services.
·         Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face.
·         Maintains customer.
·         Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
·         A general understanding of testing and pricing.
·         Handle and resolve customer complaint.
·         Communicate and coordinate with other department.

Qualification:
·         Bachelor Degree majoring in any major.
·         At least 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service field.
·         Able to communicate in English (Active and Passive).
·         Good in Microsoft Office (Excel and Spreadsheet).
·         Male/Female, Age between 25-30 years old.
·         Have chemical education background is an asset.
·         Must have capability to maintain relationship with customers.
·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and responsible to work.
·         Work thoroughly with attention to details.
·         Both work independently and team work are a MUST and willing to work under pressure.

DATA COLLECTING (DCD)
Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Collecting results
·         He/She will report to Leader and Softlines Manager

Qualification:
·         Degree: Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) or Senior High school (SMA)
·         Capable in English (min. passive)
·         Proficient use of Microsoft Office
·         Fast typing with computer
·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, hard worker & responsible to work
·         Strong intension to work under pressure, good in working in teams
·         Work thoroughly with attention to details

DATA ENTRY (DE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Preparing a report
·         He/She will report to Leader and Softlines Manager

Qualification:
·         Degree: Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) or Senior High school (SMA)
·         Capable in English (min. passive)
·         Proficient use of Microsoft Office
·         Fast typing with computer
·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, hard worker & responsible to work
·         Strong intension to work under pressure, good in working in teams
·         Work thoroughly with attention to details

LOG OUT STAFF (LOS)
Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Sending email to vendor and buyer, posting reports to BVOS, billing.
·         He/She will report to Leader and Softlines Manager

Qualification:
·         Degree: Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) or Senior High school (SMA)
·         Capable in English (min. passive)
·         Proficient use of Microsoft Office
·         Fast typing with computer
·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, hard worker & responsible to work
·         Strong intension to work under pressure, good in working in teams
·         Work thoroughly with attention to details
