Responsibilities :
  • General Administrative tasks for the Company.
  • Administrative tasks relating to meeting, forums and conferences.
  • Assisting in events or meeting arrangements, including providing secretariat functions.
  • Administering the file registry system, filling and performing record and keeping of documents.
  • Maintaining and updating electronic records.
  • Processing of claims and payments.
  • Liaising with external vendors on the procurement and maintenance of office automation.
  • Handling all Company Phone enquiries as needed.
  • Other relevant duties as required
Requirements :
  • Female max. 28 Years Old.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degrees of any fields.
  • 1 years work experience in related fields preferred.
  • Good analitycal skills and attention to details.
  • Good Computer ( proficient in Ms. word and Ms. Office ) and interpersonal skill.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English.
  • Full-time position(s) available.
