AUDITOR IT SENIOR OFFICER
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
·         Develop checklist assessment for IT Dept
·         Define the run down, guidelines, process of IT
·         Define the sampling of Assessment
·         Create the Report audit Finding
·         Make the recommendation
·         Make the preventif action and improvement process in Dept IT
·         Assisst Auditee for set the Bisnis impact Analyst for Distaster Recover Planning
·         Identify the potential Fraud in IT Dept
·         Monitoring the due date Audit findings periodically

Requirements:
·         Maximum 30 years old
·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
·         At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
·         Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/ Financial Services or equivalent
·         Full-Time position(s) available
·         Having basic knowldege about Disaster Recovery Planning
·         Knowing about sytem AS 400 (banking application)
·         Having basic knowledge about banking or credit card processing system
·         Knowing the Infrastructure, security system and system development process
·         Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken)
·         Having good interpersonal skill

CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Responsibilities
·         Handling incoming call
·         Respond the customer inquiries
·         Research required information using available resources
·         Handling and resolve customer complaints
·         Providing customers with product and service information
·         Follow up customer calls (if necessary)

Requirements:
·         Male / Female, maximum 25 years old
·         Minimum Diploma’s degree (fresh graduated are welcome to apply)
·         Having a good interpersonal skill
·         Willing to work in shifting schedule and national holiday

DESK COLLECTION

Responsibilities:
·         Calling customers before due date as a payment reminder
·         Calling delinquent customers after due date as a payment demand
·         Helping customers on payment services
·         Helping customers about our financial services
·         Maintaining good relationships with customers
·         Doing administrative tasks related

·         Explaining and calculating the price of services product to prospective customers
·         Assisting customer for fill the blank application form

·         Having good interpersonal skill
·         Familiar with Jabodetabek or Semarang or Surabaya - Sidoarjo area
