ACCOUNTING STAFF
(Code : ACC)
The successful candidate must establish to maintain reconciliation of journal entry and other task supporting to costing area
Qualifications :
• Male, max 30
• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Min 3 years related experiences
• Familiar and good knowledge in SAP program is a must
• Good knowledge and understanding of accounting practices, regulations &
standard (PSAK, IFRS & BPCS) and also familiar with various accounting ledger
• Willing to work under-pressure
• Proven capability in team work and also able to work independently
• Mature, detail, trustworthy, & well-organized
• Good communication in English is a must, communicative and well-adjusted
• Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
(Code : GD)
Requirements :
• Male, 25-30 years old
• Min D3 Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration, Photography, video editing, digital artwork design, Corel Draw, Macromedia, Freehand
• Deep understanding of basic graphic design such as typography, colors
• Having ability in photography
• Experience in similar position 3- 5 years
• Knows all production material and marketing communication
• Driving license (SIM A & SIM C)
• Good command in English and proficient in MS Office.
LEGAL SENIOR STAFF
(Code : LS)
Requirements:
• Male, age 28-30
• Min. bachelor degree in Law from reputable University
• Good communication in English (oral and written)
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably have experience to handle litigation matters, corporate services, company law compliance, legal drafting & reviewing
• A team player who is organized, self-initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure.
• Proven capability in team work and also able to work independently
• Mature, detail, trustworthy, & well-organized
• Good communication in English is a must, communicative and well-adjusted

Parts Marketing Staff
Qualifications :
• Min D3 in Mechanical/Electrical/Heavy Equipment/Civil Engineering with GPA 2.75
• Male, maximum 35
• Have experience at least 2 (two) years preferably in strategic marketing especially for parts of heavy equipment
• Mature, detail & well-organized
• Good communication in English, communicative and well-adjusted
• Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
• Ready to work under-pressure situation
HR TRAINING OFFICER (Code : HR-TO)
Responsibilities :
• To prepare Pre and Post Test Training (scoring, administrative and filling)
• To design training needs analysis for all key positions
• To prepare training schedule for 1 (one) year period especially for mandatory training
• Ability to use a HR information system including accessing, inputting and compiling data
• The ability to research, analyze and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes
• To input database training and another related HR busines process
Requirements :
• Male/Female, 24 - 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Educational Psychology/Educational Management from reputable University with min GPA 3,00
• Experience in similar position min 2 years ; Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Driving license (SIM A & SIM C)
• Good knowledge in Training Need Analysis and Training Matrix.
• Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor.
• Familiar with other HR Function both in theory and practice.
• Good command in English and proficient in MS Office.
INTERNAL AUDIT
Duties and responsibilities :
• Performing assurance and/or consulting work and preparing related documentations (report, work papers) using a systematic methodology and International Standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
• Willing to travel out of town
Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Male, age 27-35
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or Public Accountant Firm (KAP) or internal controller
• A strong knowledge and profound understanding PSAK
• Full-Time positions available

TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT SECTION HEAD (Code : TCD-SPV)
Responsibilities :
• To work with managers and colleagues to develop and implement effective induction program material
• To organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required
• To arrange, create, produce and distribute training related material and facilities as required
• To keep accurate training records that are comprehensive and up to date
• To build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators
Requirements :
• Male, 30-33 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Educational Psychology/Educational Management from reputable University with min GPA 3,00
• Experience in similar position 3- 5 years
• Driving license (SIM A & SIM C)
• Good knowledge in Training Need Analysis and Training Matrix.
• Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor.

JUNIOR/SENIOR TECHNICIAN
(Code : TECH-PAPUA)
Qualifications :
• Min STM or diploma degree in automotive/machine engineering
• Competence in repair and maintenance of heavy equipment and Technical analysis
• Good communication in English & well-adjusted
• Have experience at least 3 (two) years in the same position
• Ready to work in Papua ; preferred for permanent resident
• Ready to work under-pressure situation
