Technical Assistance Contract between PT Pertamina EP and PT Prakarsa Betung Meruo Senami Jambi (PBMSJ) was signed on August 14, 2002 with a contract period of 20 years. This contract includes the fields of production management and Betung Meruo Senami located in the area of operation of Pertamina Central Sumatra, There are included in the sub-district administrative government Bajubang, Batang Hari, Jambi province, located about 60 km southwest of the city of Jambi. seeks extraordinarily talented individuals who share our values and have passion in becoming part of the great team to our company based in head office jakarta.

1. Accounting Staff
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Bachelor of Economic
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in oil and gas company
• Good knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian Tax Regulation (preferably certified with Brevet A & B)
• Familiar with Oil Accounting and Reporting to PT Pertamina EP (i.e AFE, WP&B, Harmoni)
2. Finance Supervisor
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Bachelor of Economic/Management
• Minimum 3 years working experience in oil and gas company
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulation and prefer have Brevet A & B (preferably certified with Brevet A & B)
• Excellent analytical skill, integrity, and attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and commit to deadline
• Familiar with PTK 007 would be an advantage
3. HR Supervisor
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Bachelor of Psychology/Law/Industrial technology.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in oil and gas / mining company
• Familiar with Payroll Management & Human Resources Administration
• Excellent skills in Ms. Office
• Strong knowledge and experience in industrial relation matter as well the application of manpower regulation is more preferable.
• A team worker and possess strong analytical mind.
4. Legal Staff
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Bachelor of Law
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in oil and gas company
• Familiar with contract administration
• Able to provide law related guidance and advisory for department in need to ensure the operationactivity of the company in accordance with the laws in force.
• Able to evaluate, monitor the implementation of the permitting process to fit the needs of the company
5. IT Staff
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Bachelor of Information System , Computer Science.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the same position.
• Preferably having basic programming skills.
• Excellent analytical skill and innovative problem solving.
• Having knowledge in admin server network, technical support and supporting aplication; Domain Controller Server, Proxy / Mail / File Server, DHCP, DNS, CISCO, LAN, Trouble Shoot, etc (Technical Support).
• Having knowledge in database SQL Server dan Oracle (Database Administrator).
6. Production Engineer
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 1 years working experience in oil and gas company (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Familiar with oil and gas production data.
• Able to perform production data analysis for enhancing well & field performance.
7. Reservoir Engineer
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in oil and gas company (fresh graduates are welcome) .
• Able in reserves calculation and forecasting for property evaluations and development planning.
• Capable to develop and apply reservoir optimization techniques.
• Able to carry out reservoir simulation studies to optimize recoveries.
8. Chief GGR
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, Geophysics/Geology/Reservoir.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in oil and gas company.
• Capable in leadership for all geological, geophysical and reservoir evaluations appraisal and development operations.
• Accountable for interpretation and generation for new appraisal prospects, including the writing of the well proposals through cooperation with other departments.
• Excellent leadership, project management, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in project justification including cost estimating, AFE preparation, and economics.
• Experience leading successful teams and ability to interact and work effectively with cross-functional teams and working interest partners;
• Strong project management and project coordination skills;
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
9. Chief PE & Operation
Personnel Qualification Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, preferably Petroleum Engineering graduates
• Minimum 5 years working experience in oil and gas company
• Proficiency in production engineering best practices, including artificial lift, well interventions, workovers/recompletions, well surveillance, and field operations
• Demonstrated experience in project justification including cost estimating, AFE preparation, and economics.
• Demonstrated ability to use petroleum engineering theory to solve problems and identify enhancement opportunities;
• Experience leading successful teams and ability to interact and work effectively with cross-functional teams and working interest partners;
• Strong project management and project coordination skills;
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
