· D3 degree
· Minimum two years of administrative experience
· Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system
· Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
· Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team
· Sensitive to the needs of customers
· High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
· Serious applicants who is willing to work in Pluit / Muara Karang area
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assume receptionist duties, greet customers, answer phone calls, and take messages.
· Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
· Maintain data collection system.
· Maintain accurate daily accounting of fees and other revenue.
· Assist with completion of statistical reports.
· Develop and maintain inventory system.
· Maintain front desk area in clean and free of clutter manner.
· Type and word process documents.
· Update and maintain database.
· Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.
