Lead and manage smooth process flow oftender & proposal preparation to ensure the final proposal submitted meet Company standard and comply with Customer Requirements.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in any major (preferable engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in Proposal or Tender
• Knowing Tender Regulation (PTK Migas, SK Dir PLN, etc.) will be advantage
• Experience in power system industry or power plant business are preferable.
• Develops operational solutions & improves operational quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending process re-design; implementing changes; contributing information and opinion to process design and modification teams.
• Conduct process audit & do improvement process to make sure the procedure compliance.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering background
• Min. 2 years experience in Genset Rental / Power Plant business / Power Industry as Sales
• Having experience in quality improvement / process improvement / lean / business process
• Expert in Microsoft Office, Familiar with Autocad & Microsoft Visio
FLEET MANAGEMENT OFFICER
• Creating and monitoring purchase request
• Synchronizing barcode with asset number & WBS number
• Providing fleet document to support project
• Ensuring the engine readiness before renting it to customer
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Administration
• Min. 1 years experience, preferable in Genset Rental / Power Plant business / Power Industry business
• Expert in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Visio
SALES ADMIN OFFICER
• Prepare sales document and send it as needed.
• Keep all rental agreement/contract in proper and effective method
• Review contract status and inform the sales person 1 month prior the end of contract
• Prepare all bid documents timely
• Record and renew all customer list regularly.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in any major (preferable finance, management or administration).
• Min. 2 years administrative experience in power/infrastructure/industrial field
• Expert in Microsoft Office & Able to work under pressure
