MARKETING EXECUTIVE (code : ME)
Responsibilities:
·         Involve in developing marketing campaigns that promote all product in Femina Group. The role includes planning, advertising, public relations, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research, to increase the level of readership / magazinesubscription, maintain, improve and strengthen the image of Femina Group
Requirement:
·         Have experience minimum 1 year, fresh graduate will be considered
·         Good Knowledge in Market potential, Market share, Market strategy, Marketing information and decision making.
·         Strength in strategic planning and application of marketing tools
·         Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
·         Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs (word, Power Point, Excel, etc)
·         Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing
·         Strong written/ verbal communication skills
·         Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills and working in team
·         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
·         Energetic, detail oriented and creative

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (code: AE)
Responsibility:
·         Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics.
·         Evaluating costumer needs, buying behavior, market trends, competition and sales processes and capabilities, to define and implement marketing strategies for the company
·         Manager the marketing budget to maximize revenue by allocating spending and focusing strategy on the customers preferred buying
·         Coordinate with Advertorial, Distribution and Editorial in the Development and implementation of goals organization.

General Requirements:
·         Hold Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
·         Minimum 1 year working experience in the same position preferably from Media / Advertising Agency
·         Strength in strategic planning and application of marketing tools
·         Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
·         Strong written/ verbal communication skills

SECRETARY for Editorial (code: SEC-E)
Job Description:
·         The secretary is responsible for providing expert level secretarial, clerical, and administrative services in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Requirement:
·         D3 from recognized Secretarial Academy/ S1 from reputable University
·         Experience min. 1 year, preferably from media industry
·         Fluent in spoken and written English
·         Female, max. 30 years old
·         Computer skills at highly proficient level 
·         Proficient knowledge in office administration
·         Proficient knowledge of the business as well as legislation, policies and procedure relevant to her responsibilities
