We, PT. Yusen Logistics Indonesia, are an International Freight Forwarding Company looking for a Receptionist Staff.
- Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs.
- Take and distribute accurate messages.
- Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources.
- May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organising and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
- Female, maximum 25 years with minimum 1 year experience.
- Attractive and have a good appearance.
- Good communication and high interpersonal skill and confident.
- Have an excellent administration skill.
- Highly motivated, hard worker, and discipline
- Minimum education : High School or Diploma Degree (D1) from any major
- Able to operate MS Office.
- Good in English both Oral and Written
- To be placed in Cibitung Head Office
- Domiciled in Bekasi and Jakarta
- Also has to work 2 Saturdays (half-day) per month
- Hard worker, honest, have a strong motivation in working, disciplined, able to work under pressure, able to work in team
