- General Administrative tasks for the Company.
- Administrative tasks relating to meeting, forums and conferences.
- Assisting in events or meeting arrangements, including providing secretariat functions.
- Administering the file registry system, filling and performing record and keeping of documents.
- Maintaining and updating electronic records.
- Processing of claims and payments.
- Liaising with external vendors on the procurement and maintenance of office automation.
- Handling all Company Phone enquiries as needed.
- Other relevant duties as required
- Female max. 28 Years Old.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degrees of any fields.
- 1 years work experience in related fields preferred.
- Good analitycal skills and attention to details.
- Good Computer ( proficient in Ms. word and Ms. Office ) and interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in both oral and written English.
